On February 25, 2019, Executive Director Mary Warner interviewed Erik Cagle and Judy Hunstiger of Purple Pain Tattoo in St. Cloud, MN. Judy and her husband, Jeff, helped regulate tattooing within the state. She and Erik discuss the process in this video.
