The Morrison County Historical Society is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization (See here for tax exempt documents). As such, we accept and appreciate financial contributions for carrying out our mission of preserving and sharing Morrison County history.

Contributions to the Historical Society are tax deductible and may be sent to our mailing address (PO Box 239, Little Falls, MN 56345). An acknowledgment of any donation over $5.00 will be provided for tax purposes.

MCHS accepts financial contributions at our Square Online Marketplace.

Endowments

MCHS has several endowments, each dedicated to a specific aspect of ongoing operations.

Carl A. Weyerhaeuser Literary Fund: Established to assist MCHS with the production of county history publications  to further the public education portion of our mission.

Charles A. Weyerhaeuser Memorial Museum & Emergency Fund: Established to assist with the upkeep of the museum building.

Heritage Fund: Established so that donations could be made to MCHS in honor or memory of someone special to the donor. Endowment income is used for special projects and general operating expenses.

Sarah-Maud W. Sivertsen Curator Support Fund: Established to assist with costs related to the preservation of the collections at the Weyerhaeuser Museum.

Sarah-Maud W. Sivertsen Memorial Fund: Established to assist with general operating costs.

Weyerhaeuser Fund: Established to assist with paying for executive management of MCHS.

William and Burneze Krafve Fund: Established to assist with general operating costs.
