Hey, all, if you use a blog or news aggregator (also called a feed reader – i.e. Bloglines, Google Reader, Newsgator, etc.), you can immediately sign up for the Morrison County Historical Society feed by clicking on the orange feed symbol in the upper right corner of the page (next to the word Posts). I tried it after perusing my Bloglines account at home and discovered that it works automatically – which was not the case with our old blog, Skimming the Cream.
Just checking to see if comments work…lol WOW, Mary, you’ve done a MARVELOUS job here! It looks great–easy to navigate, nice colors and fun collages for headers. I’m impressed, and very proud of the new look, especially when (genealogically) I realize people from all over the world will check here.
YAY for Morrison County, and thanks, MARY!!!
You’re welcome, Marlys. I was very concerned about taking down our old front page. I knew that I wouldn’t have much time to build the new main page because I had to do it while the site was live.
There’s still some work to do, tweaking, so to speak, which I will be working on over the course of the next week or two. If you (or any of our other readers) find issues, leave me a comment and I’ll see what I can do.
