Lindbergh Drive South, a.k.a. County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 52, is under construction between Lindbergh State Park and the Weyerhaeuser Museum. That means you’re going to run into some rough road and heavy equipment if you try to come down Lindbergh Drive from Little Falls. While we’ve been assured by road crews and the City that visitors will be able to get through, we have an alternate route for you to use – just in case.
From the stop light at the intersection of Lindbergh Drive and Highway 27 (a.k.a. West Broadway) –
Go west 1.8 miles on Highway 27 to State Highway 238.
Turn left on State Highway 238.
Drive 2 miles to 130th Street. Turn left onto 130th Street. (130th Stret is the next signed road after Fountain Road.)
Go 1 mile on 130th Street to stop sign. (This mostly-dirt road ends in a ‘T’ at Lindbergh Drive South, with the Mississippi River straight ahead.) Turn left onto Lindbergh Drive.
Drive until you cross the Pike Creek Bridge. The Weyerhaeuser Museum is on your right, just after the bridge.
Good luck.
