Alice Smuda a volunteer with a long history of working for the museum from 1999 until her retirement in 2017, passed away Monday after weeks in hospice care.
There will be a service at Bethel Lutheran Church on the West Side next Wednesday June 24 at 11:00 am with visitation before the service at 10:00am for Alice.
Our fellow board member Ron Jones his wife and family have been long time friends to the Smuda family and especially Alice in the last few years since she left our neighborhood.
