Mary and I just completed Thing 3 of the 23 Things on a Stick Library Learning 2.0 Program. Talk about easy! While this may be due to the fact that Mary was sitting right next to me and actively participating, it was still a lot of fun. As someone who did not even know what RSS stood for (“Really Simple Syndication”), I am feeling sort of smart right now. We staff at the museum are always hungry for information and are constantly looking for ways to save time. Setting up an aggregator account using Bloglines was a simple way to insure that we will get regularly updated information from the blogs we selected without having to open up each one. This in itself can be a time consuming task, especially if, like us, you have a phone line internet connection. If you decide to set up an aggregator account for yourself, don’t forget to add Skimming the Cream!.

I’m so excited you like RSS feeds. I love them, I’ve been using Bloglines for awhile now, and my account is so full!
I’m a CMLE coach for 23 Things, so if you have any questions, just ask!
