The State of Minnesota will be celebrating its Sesquicentennial Anniversary next year. The Minnesota Sesquicentennial Commission was formed in order to facilitate the celebration. One of the Commission’s goals is to create a cookbook that includes recipes from every county in the state (87 counties altogether). The Commission is seeking recipes from you “that reflect what we eat and how we dine in the 21st century.” Recipes will be accepted until December 31, 2007. (No, that’s not much time.) To submit your recipe, go to the Minnesota Sesquicentennial Commission’s website. I’ve linked up to the recipe page, but you can see what else is going on by checking out the site’s other links.
