One Saturday last month Camille Warzecha, one of our board members, was in and asked if I had seen the Oriole’s nest outside. I went with her to check it out and after leaving work that evening, I went back with my camera to take some photos. The first photo is of the nest attached to one of our Chokeberry Bushes (see below for earlier post on the bushes). I also took a photo of the abandoned eggs inside.
Stop in for a visit, and before coming inside, take a look at the Chokeberry Bush on the left side of the tree, in the back row and you will find the Oriole’s nest.
