Mary has given me a link to check out that was started in 2004 by historian Bruce White. It is “A forum for discussing current events relating to the history of Minnesota”. I think you will find it very interesting. You can express an opinion or request to even write a story. Also, Bruce has received an Award for Merit from AASLH for his book, We Are At Home. A copy of this book is in our museum’s library. Check out page 170, top group photo from our collections, which shows Sha-bosh-kung, Ojibwe leader in Mille Lacs area from 1860-1890.
