I just got word that the Minnesota Sesquicentennial Commission’s call for recipes has changed deadlines. The original deadline was December 31. It’s been moved to January 31, 2008, so if you want to submit a recipe that is an example of your county’s culinary traditions in the 21st Century, you still have time.
