Weyerhaeuser Museum Reopening to the Public

(LITTLE FALLS, MN – May 27, 2021) After operating on a by-appointment-only basis since February due to the COVID-19 pandemic, The Charles A. Weyerhaeuser Memorial Museum will be reopening to the public on Thursday, June 3, 2021, for walk-in visitors.

Museum hours will be Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. through the summer. Wednesdays will be available by appointment for researchers and visitors to the exhibits. Researchers group tours of 10 or more are encouraged to call ahead so staff can prepare for their visit.

Following the CDC’s guidance, those who have not yet been fully vaccinated will be required to wear a mask in the museum. Museum staff have all been fully vaccinated.

The Weyerhaeuser Museum is owned and operated by the Morrison County Historical Society, which is dedicated to the preservation and sharing of Morrison County history.
