Morrison County Historical Society Offers Class on How to Use Zoom
(LITTLE FALLS, MN – February 26, 2021) When the COVID-19 pandemic forced the Morrison County Historical Society (MCHS) to close The Charles A. Weyerhaeuser Memorial Museum in March 2020 and museum staff was sent home to work, the organization quickly had to become accustomed to meeting online. As so many others did, they adopted the online meeting platform Zoom. They have learned many of Zoom’s features over the past year and have coached others on its use.
By popular demand, MCHS is offering a class on how to use Zoom. The class will be held on Saturday, March 27, 2021, from 1:00-2:30 p.m. online via Zoom.
Class participants will receive instructions by email on how to install Zoom on their computers and join the event, during which various features will be explained and attendees will have a chance to practice using them. Museum staff will also help participants work through any technological glitches that arise.
