OUTDOOR PHOTOGRAPHY

The Charles Lindbergh State Park, located directly across the road from the Charles Lindbergh Historic Site, will be doing a hands-on class on basic techniques to outdoor photography. Take your own camera and meet at their picnic shelter on Saturday, April 18, from 1-3 p.m. The program is free, but a vehicle permit is required to enter the park. For more information or to sign up call the park at 320-616-2525. After the class try out what you’ve learned right in the area. The museum is located just south of the park, just follow the pathway through the park or drive down, we have plenty of parking space and no charge to visit the museum. You can get some great photos of the museum and the Mississippi River. There is also a boat landing south of us where the ducks and geese hang out and where the fish are biting. There’s lots to see and do, so bring along your fishing pole and enjoy your day…you may even see the loon that’s here.
