MCHS Executive Director Jan Warner has 40 years worth of county history experience under her belt. She has shared her knowledge in many public venues over the years, including on local radio station KLTF through a show called Party Line. She retired from her monthly Party Line gig some time ago, but people still approach her about giving local history presentations. To that end, she has decided to host “Conversations with Jan,” a series of six informal interactive history discussions at The Charles A. Weyerhaeuser Memorial Museum.
The six sessions are scheduled for the following Tuesdays: February 5 & 19, 2008, March 4 & 18, 2008, and April 1 & 15, 2008. They will take place from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. The cost for “Conversations with Jan” is $18 for members of the Morrison County Historical Society and $24 for non-members.
