#Weymu40 – Happy Anniversary, C.A. Weyerhaeuser Museum!

Today marks the official anniversary of The Charles A. Weyerhaeuser Memorial Museum. On this day 40 years ago (August 24, 1975), the museum was dedicated to the public in memory of lumberman Charles Weyerhaeuser for the purpose of preserving and sharing Morrison County’s history. It became the new home of the Morrison County Historical Society.

Below are three documents related to the dedication: An invitation, a program, and MCHS President Art Warner’s notes for his welcoming statement.
