During the annual conference of the American Association for State & Local History last week, staff from the Morrison County Historical Society and Cokato Museum & Akerlund Studio presented a session called “Zombie Attack!” It was meant to help museum professionals have fun while working on disaster planning. Judging by how much people were interacting by the end of the session, we think we were successful in our mission.

We promised to post the “Zombie Attack!” materials on our website when we returned. A number of conference attendees requested them. Because there are several documents associated with the session, we created a page on “Zombie Attack!” in our Museum Life section.
